Owned and operated by Rose "Coach K" Kalisak , Tri-State Fastpitch is the tri-state area's premier fastpitch training facility. Coach K brings 30 years of fastpitch softball experience as both a player and a coach to the business. As a player Coach K earned NCAA All-American honors pitching for the Trenton State Lions, and still holds NCAA records for winning and percentage and shutouts. Her coaching experience includes seven years at NCAA Division I schools. Since leaving the college coaching ranks, she has dedicated herself to the development of the mid-south's talented young softball athletes.

Coach K offers personalized instruction in pitching, hitting, and fielding skills for the serious softball player. In addition to private and group lessons, Coach K offers summer softball camps and special clinics focusing on specific skills.

During the late fall and winter, Coach K sponsors a W.I.F.S. league to help players keep softball skills sharp. Coach K also serves serves as the head coach of the elite Germantown Red Devils Gold 18U competitive softball team.
